Amber Rocket uses a small number of cookies and local storage entries to keep this website secure, remember your cookie preferences and understand which parts of our collection and care guides are most useful.

10What We Actually Store
Today the site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. The one item we always save is a small entry in your browser’s local storage named arc_cookie_consent. It records whether you accepted, rejected or customised the four optional categories (performance, functional, analytics and marketing) and the date you decided, so the banner does not reappear on every page of the collection. It holds no name, email address or record of the pieces you looked at.
11Fonts and Photographs
Our typefaces, Playfair Display and Inter, are delivered by Google Fonts, and many photographs of amber, clocks and vintage decor are served from an image library hosted outside Japan. When your browser requests these files, the services receive your IP address and browser type, as any web server would. We have not asked them to set tracking cookies for us, and we never pass them your enquiries.
12Your Enquiries Are Not Tracked
When you write to us about a pendant, a mantel clock or a piece you would like authenticated, the details reach us through the enquiry form or by email and are handled under our Privacy Policy. No cookie links your browsing to what you wrote, and declining optional cookies never affects how quickly we reply or whether we can reserve a piece for you.
13Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the cookies we use or when legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page shows the latest revision.
